How long does it take until the order arrives?
Usually it takes 1-3 days from your order until it will be shipped. Allow another 2-5 days for delivery if you selected USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We do not charge you any additional handling or packaging fee but only apply the actual shipping fees to your order. You can expect to pay $ 4.60 for lighter weight items and $ 8.95 for any order with USPS Priority mail our preferred carrier. USPS is cradle to cradle certified, uses recycled material and bio-friendly inks to print stamps, labels and packaging tape. You rock dear post!

What is hazeldrops return policy?
In general these are hazeldrops return terms- please read carefully: If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of shipping. Please include your sales receipt and all merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. We will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges). We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. To return an item, please send an e-mail with the reason and items you will be returning to customercare@hazeldrops.com. You are responsible for properly packaging the return package. We recommend you insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What if you discover flaws in the vintage material?
Slight imperfections are not seen as flaws as they can enhance the character and are to be expected to some degree due to the nature of reclaimed materials. But be assured that we do our best to ensure high quality control. Hazeldrops repairs whatever she discoveres with vintage or organic materials - fun fixes like patches, small pockets or eco friendly hand prints. A picture of the fun fix is usually offered when available. Should you still receive a garment with unacceptable imperfections please send us an email within 14 days of delivery to customercare@hazeldrops.com with a short description of the area, the garment ID number & order date. We will offer you a hand crafted fun fix, a shopping certificate for the hazeldops bazaar, or exchange it for another garment of the same value.
